1. No Return Policy

All products sold through Gau Geeta are non-returnable. Due to the spiritual, natural, and consumable nature of our products such as Dhuni Ratan and Trust T Chai, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or delivered. We request customers to read all product descriptions carefully before placing an order.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp support. Our team will review your concern and provide a resolution such as a replacement or assistance.

  • Send clear photos or videos of the damaged/wrong product.
  • Mention your order number, name, and delivery details.

3. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds once an order has been confirmed and shipped, except in cases where a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or logistic limitations. In such cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are processed or shipped. However, if you contact us before dispatch, we may consider cancellation at our discretion. To request cancellation, please contact us promptly via WhatsApp or email.

5. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Delivery time usually ranges between 3–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service availability. Delays may occur due to festivals, weather conditions, or courier service disruptions. Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared (if applicable). Shipping charges, if any, will be mentioned at checkout.

6. Shipping Delays
